PRUTSCHI: Libs and SNC Lavalin just won’t take no for an answer

“Last month a Federal Court judge ruled against SNC-Lavalin, finding that the Director of Public Prosecutions had complete discretion to refuse the company its long sought-after Deferred Prosecution Agreement. Now SNC is appealing that decision to the Federal Court of Appeal proving that, much like the Liberal Part embroiled in this scandal, they just won’t take “no” for an answer.
