BIOGRAPHY & INTRODUCTION
Kito Romero is an Articling Student at Bytensky Shikhman Barristers. He is a graduate of Osgoode Hall Law School and will be called to the bar in 2026.
While at Osgoode, Kito worked at the United Nations, where he supported high-level international negotiations. He also worked as a Research Assistant, where he authored a report examining Indigenous criminal justice initiatives across Canada. During his final two years at Osgoode, Kito was the Co-President of the Osgoode Hall Chapter of the Canadian Hispanic Bar Association.
Prior to law school, Kito studied at the University of British Columbia, graduating with a Bachelor of Arts, Honours in Political Science. He has experience working in federal and provincial politics and the non-profit sector on various areas of policy development, including criminal justice reform.
