BIOGRAPHY & INTRODUCTION
Dylan Gold is an associate at Bytensky Shikhman Barristers. He was called to the bar in 2025. Before that, he articled with the firm and worked on several high-profile criminal and constitutional cases. He works closely with the senior partners to deliver the best possible results for our clients.
Dylan is particularly interested in complex regulatory, white collar, firearms, and project cases. Between his articles and his call to the bar, he worked at a tech startup, where he successfully obtained regulatory approval to develop artificial intelligence with military applications.
Dylan is a graduate of Osgoode Hall Law School, where he was a prizewinning student and studied under many leading criminal law practitioners, scholars, and judges. Before law school, he completed graduate studies on a full scholarship.
Dylan is also the President of the Toronto Chapter of the Runnymede Society, an organization of Canadian lawyers and scholars who believe in fundamental freedoms, constitutionalism, and the rule of law.
